Backerkit Surveys Update!

Great news, everyone! We’ve set up our BackerKit for review, and we’ve already received feedback with just a few minor adjustments to make.
As part of the process, some of our backers will receive their surveys on Monday during what’s called a Smoke Test. This step ensures everything is running smoothly before we roll it out to everyone.
If all goes well, the rest of you can expect your BackerKit surveys to arrive the very next day!

Our Deepest Apologies for the Delay in Launching BackerKit Surveys

Dear Backers,
We want to extend our sincere apologies for the delay in launching the BackerKit pledge manager and sending out your surveys. We encountered an unexpected error in the setup process, and despite multiple attempts and assistance from the BackerKit support team, the issue persisted. Ultimately, we had to start from scratch and reconfigure all the settings in the backend, which took much longer than anticipated.
As first-time creators, navigating the pledge manager setup was a new experience, and it required a lot more time and effort than we initially expected. However, we're happy to report that everything is now on track. After a test run and a final review from the BackerKit team, we’re aiming to send the surveys out at the start of next week.
We deeply apologize for the lack of updates; we wanted to have a solution in place before reaching out to you. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and unwavering support. Please look forward to receiving your surveys at the start of the upcoming week!

Hello Dice Bites Backers,
We’re excited to share that we’re currently finalizing our Pledge Manager, which will be ready by the end of the upcoming week. You'll soon be able to configure your pledges and explore additional options!
Additionally, we’re making some slight adjustments to the molds based on recommendations from our manufacturers. These changes, guided by their expertise, will improve both the usability of the molds and their manufacturing process, ensuring the best quality for you.

We are thrilled to share some fantastic news with you! All issues related to the IP infringement claim have now been fully resolved. Despite the seemingly insufficient nature of the claims, we have successfully reached an understanding with all parties involved, and this last hurdle is now behind us.
With this resolution, we are more determined than ever to achieve great success with our project. Our focus is now on delighting and delivering Dice Bites molds to all our amazing backers. Thank you for standing by us and supporting us through these challenging moments.
