We've added three new videos showing how to use our molds, including the openings for filling. These days, we'll be adding another video. We want to apologize as we are not professional video creators, but we are doing the best we can to fulfill our promises to our backers. After all that we have been through, we aim to be consistent and to fulfill what we promise. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Regarding using the same molds for treats and crafts, our molds are made to be dishwasher safe, so you can wash them thoroughly when making different items in the D20 4-cavity molds. Each cavity can be used for different purposes. For your convenience, you can buy more molds to have separate ones for treats and crafts. However, there's no reason you can't use the same mold after a good wash.

Dear Backers,
We deeply apologize for a recent issue with our campaign. One of our team members, who has since been removed, misled us by using bath bombs and candles from other crafters in our project materials. Upon discovering this, we promptly removed all related images and content from our project page and advertising assets.
We want to assure you that we have implemented strict measures to prevent such incidents from happening again. There have been comments suggesting fraud or scam regarding our molds, and we want to clarify that these claims are entirely false. Our silicone mold inner part is 100% food-safe. The outer part, which you see in our materials, is 3D printed because we are not yet in full production. This is the very purpose of Kickstarter—to fund our idea and help us create a great product. We are pleased to inform you that production of the silicone part has already started, and the outer plastic part is set to begin in a week, even before the campaign ends, ensuring we can fulfill our rewards promptly.
We have also uploaded a video titled "Using Our Mold in 5 Simple Steps," where you can see our molds in action and verify their functionality.
Additionally, there was a false statement claiming the "cookies" in our pictures are made of play-doh. In reality, those are madeleines with chocolate on top. The chocolate is first poured into the cookie mold, and then the inner part of the cookie is madeleine, following one of the recipes from our recipe book written by our talented cook, Amanda.
We deeply apologize to the individuals whose bath bombs and candles were initially used in our materials. We have addressed this situation seriously and removed the responsible team member. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to deliver a product that we are proud of and that you will love.
